Brian first entered the mortgage industry in 1986 and has held numerous management positions. He recently surrendered his management duties and joined Coats and Company as a Senior Loan Officer to focus solely on the needs of the borrowers and realtors he serves. With his in-depth knowledge of products and guidelines, many local realtors recognize Brian as the "go-to-guy" for difficult loans with special circumstances. However, he gets his greatest satisfaction working with first-time home buyers and veterans. Brian has a finance degree from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Alabama where he finished at the top of his class.
